County Clerk Candidates
The County Clerk is a constitutional officer who is elected to a four-year term. The County Clerk maintains records of marriage licenses and automobile titles, and collects taxes for automobile sales and privilege taxes for the State Department of Revenue.
The County Clerk receives fees, set by state law, for each transaction and those in excess of salaries are transferred to the County general fund.
