Occupation/ Work: Union Business Manager

Hello, I'm Charles Connatser and I'm running for County Commissioner in the 6th Dist. Seat A. That includes the Communities of Solway, Hardin Valley, Ball Camp, Karns, Powell and Dante. Our family has  lived in Ball Camp for close to 60yrs. I went to Ball Camp and Karns High, graduated in 72. Joined the US Army (101st Abn. Div. paratrooper) for three yrs. Got home in 75 and enrolled into welding school on the GI bill. Joined the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local Union in 76. I'm currently the Business Manager of the same Local Union. Have been for the last 5 yrs. I'm responsible for the day to day operations for this union in 20 counties of East Tn.    

Three Reasons to Vote for Charles...

 The main reason I'm running for commission is that the people of Knox County and Dist. 6 deserve a whole lot better representation than that circus that I've been watching. Who's representing the people up there? You read about the sheriffs people and the mayors people, but where's the people's people? I want to be your choice to change that. I want to be your voice on the county commission.       

Thoughts On.....

 My platform is very simple. We should have people who will represent us in our local govt. By their actions lately we don't. Help me to help us to change that. I would appreciate your help and support, but most of all. Please don't forget to vote. If you don't vote, you don't count. That's what they're counting on.
